Any Experience Using Straumann 6mm When You Cannot Do a Sinus Lift?

If I cannot successfully lift the sinus, I wanted to know if anyone has any experience on using shorter implants, i.e. a Straumann 6mm / 4.8 tissue level implant, for this type of case?
